There is a design I like, but I can't select the size/colour I want

 

If you are unable to select the size you want for a particular apparel then that size or colour must be out of stock, it will soon be restocked and you should be able to then purchase it in a few days. Make sure to sign-up so that you can find out once the item is back in stock

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will be notified via email once your order has been delivered to you. If you have not received your order but received email confirmation fill out the contact form above or reach out through our support email.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

Currently we are only able to receive orders through Cash on Delivery. However, we will soon be able to accept other forms of payment as well. If you are unable to pay COD for your order you can fill the contact us form with your order details and specify that you would like to make a prepaid UPI payment instead. For which, we will accept UPI payments before the order is processed on our end. It must be done within 24hours of placing an order.

Is it safe to order online from Nightwalk?


Absolutely! We take security very seriously and have implemented the latest encryption technologies to ensure your data is safe. All payments are processed through verified payment methods for added security.

How can I get a refund or exchange for a recently bought product?

We offer exchanges upto 3 days from receiving the product. To ask for an exchange fill out the contact us form above with your query and also describe the reason for the exchange. Subsequently you may also reach out via our support email and ensure to include a picture of the invoice and the received product in its current condition to process the exchange request. Do note that we will require you to pay the additional shipping cost of the exchange.

Can Content Creators/Influencers collaborate on a product or design.

 

Yes! We welcome all opportunities to sponsor content creators/influencers or work collaboratively on a new product or design launch. Reach out to us with your business email and specify your social media handle in the subject line so we can get in touch with you.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Typically delivery will take between 5-6 days from the date of purchase and you will be informed about the same through email. Though in some cases orders may get delayed due to the weather or religious and cultural traffic.

Yes, all products and designs are 100% genuine and authentic. We source the best quality fabrics and materials to create our range of clothing and accessories.
